Prescott suffered the season-ending ankle injury in October, but he nor his doctors ever felt the fracture would be a career-ending one. The 27-year-old quarterback is expected to make a full recovery, and based on his comments to Steele, it sounds like he's well on his way to getting there.

New England added a handful of free agents who could quickly be atop the depth chart at their positions. Edge Matthew Judon and defensive tackle Davon Godchaux figure to be major contributors, just considering how much the Patriots paid them. Linebacker Dont'a Hightower is returning from his year as a COVID-19 opt-out. Linebacker Kyle Van Noy should return to a starting role after spending the year with Miami in 2020. Even linebacker Raekwon McMillan and defensive linemen Henry Anderson, Montravius Adams and rookie Christian Barmore should all have a shot at earning starting roles when training camp rolls around. They'll get a leg up on the competition by building their knowledge of the system during these months. “It was a great thing for this organization to do, bring another weapon on the field, another weapon in our receiver room, and we’re going to complement each other well,” Reagor said, via Reuben Frank of NBCSportsPhiladelphia.com. “Like he said in [a recent] interview, there’s things that I can do that he isn’t doing and vice versa. To me, it’s going to make our room much better, make our team much better.” Tampa Bay Buccaneers Face Masks
Cleveland was 6-10 in 2019, but when quarterback Baker Mayfield upped his game in 2020 -- 10th in ESPN’s Total QBR compared to 19th the previous year -- the Browns went 11-5.
“I wasn’t comfortable calling plays,” Tagovailoa said, per the Miami Herald. “I think the guys that were here last year were phenomenal. I just didn’t have the comfortability of checking plays, alerting plays and doing that. I just rode with the play, even if I knew it wasn’t going to work. I was going to try to make it work still.”
